Curing the problem

hmm… today went to swim n run… feels like my knee has gotten more jialat… n seems like many ppl are trying to tell me to stop my trainings n rest more liao… Some even dulan until say ‘fuck you’ to me.. haha.. I’m sorry..

I oso scared one day I go army… den cos I cannot run den kena down pes… I will be so so damn sad.. hmm… already pesB liao… down more den cannot chiong suah le..

I shall see a doctor very soon.. I’m limping… =p seems funny I feel.. lol.. yea I gotta take care of myself..

Dunno-what-kind

Hmm.. previously had this knee pain thingy… dunno why… sometimes ok… sometimes not ok… den 2 days ago… suddenly my hamstring oso pain le… i think i old le la… aiya anyway i also dun give a damn.. small case…

and…

Yay!! I’m going for swimming and running later this morning!! which is monday!

Tues will be swimming and gym..

Hmm… I quite satisfied but feel its not enough… can say is got improve on swimming le.. now i can chiong chiong swim 3/4 lap.. last time I could oni reach 3/4 of the width of the pool… army needs 1 full lap… I hope I can achieve 1 lap easily b4 army.. and in deep water conditions..

and running.. hmm.. at least silver timing (12.30) b4 army?
and standing broad jump… jialat… haven train… need to start sprinting stairs… haha

yay!! I’m off to sleep… Magical 4th month with Sihui is coming up on next post.. soon.. ^^

i’m full of problems =p

haha dunno why sia… recovered from back pain le..

have been going to gym/swim this week, like everyday..
Then on lovely Wednesday, I went to swim and jogging.

Swimmed for 1.5hours, den went to running track for 2.4km.
dunno why, I run half a lap, my knee there start to pain, I tod is leg cramp or wad, den I continue run, ignore the pain..

Sadly, I finish the 2.4km at 13:50 .. so jialat man.. need to run more le, that time was my second time running after napfa… lol.. napfa was 12:40.

But actually still ok la, 5 months never run still got 13:50, not bad le ( self an1 wei4 ).

Yea den at night, the pain still there, and more jialat. So I ask my mum pei me go downstair see tcm, but the doctor not there on that day, so i jus spray some chinese medicine i used last time for my ligament prob de.

today jiu feel better, n now, its like fully recovered… I feel like swimming n running tml morning, but my lao po dun let me goooo =[ … sweet neh.. ^^
